 JaVonne ArmstrongGraduate of Columbia University, JaVonne is a Social Worker with over 20 years in the social services profession. She received the NYC Child Advocacy Award in 2008. She has worked in the fields of Child Abuse and Neglect, HIV and AIDS related causes, counseling, and youth outreach. Ms. Armstrong is also an advocate of LGBTQ rights and has organized concerts and events in support of marriage equality.  Ron Session-PotocharRon brings 20 plus years of corporate experience to the Organization. He currently works as the Quality Manager for Toll Compaction Group which is headquartered in Neptune, NJ with another facility in Belpre, OH. Ron displays a commitment to helping others through his work as an ordained Minister. He has volunteered on the Executive Board of the Lionel Lee Jr. Center for Wellness over the past 7 years as their Treasurer and has coordinated numerous Retreats and workshops throughout his time. |  Terez Thorpe |
